No, there isn't a cut off date for age groups.

Age groups are chosen based on the year you were born. So if you turn 10 years old anytime within the year that you are registering to play, you will be playing in the under 10s team and so on.

Note: Junior Rugby League allows (with parent permission) to play only one year above your age group if necessary.

Yes! Girls can play in mixed teams from the ages between 4-12 years old.

If they wish to continue playing after 12 years old, they will need to play in a girls only competition.
